Yagashi is the computer specialist for the TAC. Before he was transferred to the TAC, he was with the Economic Planning Agency. He is a small, quiet guy of many thoughts, and he is always being teased by Kome Sawaguchi, who becomes his fiancee in the second season. I guess it's true that opposites attract, because Yagashi is a quiet guy, yet Kome is a very loud person who lets her weapons, as well as her mouth speak for her.
